Property: Land in South Priors, in the South Liberties, city of Limerick measuring at the front to Richmond Place and Georges Street 25 feet, and from front to rear 200 feet, marked ‘Number 4’ on the map with the original lease of 1809.
Terms and Conditions: In consideration of the payment of the sum of £18-10-0, the lease on the land is renewed for the term of the lives of Elizabeth Newenham, William Hoare and Charles Burton Newenham, the latter life inserted to replace that of Robert Newenham, now deceased.

Property: That marked Number 4 on the map accompanying the original 1809 lease between Robert O’Callaghan Newenham and the Earl of Limerick, which measures from the front to Richmond Place, Georges Street, 25 feet and from front to rear 200 feet.
Terms and Conditions: In consideration of the sum of £18-2-2 the Earl of Limerick accepts the insertion of the name of Charles Vereker as one of the lives in the lease in the place of the recently deceased Reverend William Hoare. The property is let to Newenham at the annual rent of 17-1-6½ sterling for the term of the lives of the lessee, Eliza Newenham and Charles Vereker.

Property: That marked Number 4 on the map accompanying the original 1809 lease between Robert O'Callaghan Newenham and the Earl of Limerick, which measures from the front to Richmond Place, Georges Street, 25 feet and from front to rear 200 feet.
Terms and Conditions: In consideration of the sum of £21-11-2 paid by Pepper to the Earl of Limerick on the death of Lady Elizabeth Deane, née Newenham, one of the original lives of the lease of this land, the Earl lets the land in perpetuity to Pepper in return for the payment of an annual fee farm rent of £18-7-5.
