The shareholders agree that the company should build three houses at Richmond Place, with their investment of the principal sum of £3500, on the land leased by Robert Maunsell in trust from the Earl of Limerick for this said purpose. Articles further appoint the company directors and secretary and provide a schedule listing nominees for each of the shareholders.

Will of Thomas Stuart, late of Combermere, Glounthaune, County Cork, retired captain in Her Majesty’s Navy. Stuart bequeaths all his property in Tontines, Limerick and Belvue, County Clare to his wife Lucy Stuart and to his daughter Lucy Anne. Later declaration by Robert Cades Assistant Registrar, Principal Registry, Dublin, notes how letters for the administration of the estate were granted to Stuart’s daughter, Lucy Anne, Marchioness d’Espinassy de Fontanelle of Combermere.

She bequeaths her property to her sister Mary Champion and on the latter’s death, to her nieces Irene Mabel, Lilian and Sybil Champion, Maud Lucy O'Riordan and her grandnephew Stuart O'Riordan. To her sister she leaves in addition her father’s ‘swords and medals’ and to Stuart O'Riordan her father’s ‘gold pin (birds claw holding carbuncle)’.
